100% reduction of the incentive amount up to the limit of 4% of the Income Tax due by the Legal Entity.
For example, if a company pays R$ 10 million to the government, it can allocate R$ 400,000 to encourage and sponsor one of our projects, obtaining the counterparts of a sponsorship exhibition. This amount will come as a form of deduction in the IR of the following year.

NATURAL PERSON
If you make the complete Personal Income Tax return and want to encourage the projects of the Terras Altas (Highlands) Park, deposit to the current account of the chosen project, the amount referring to 6% of the Income Tax due to 2018, until the on December 25, 2018.
Example: If you have to pay R$ 100 thousand to the government, you can allocate up to R$ 6 thousand to encourage and sponsor one of our projects, obtaining the counterparts of individual sponsorship and will still fully reduce this amount.
